1 General Terms & Introduction

PK Lal (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the Platform", or "the Company") is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between PK Lal and the user.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.
• In some cases, processing may take up to 15 minutes due to payment method limitations.
• Deposits using another person's payment method are not permitted.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are usually processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳20,000 may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

PK Lal regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer comes with its own terms and conditions.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. Before withdrawing this bonus, a minimum wagering requirement must be met — typically 10–30x the bonus amount.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Bonuses have an expiry date — any bonus not used within the specified time will be forfeited.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled.
• To qualify for a referral bonus, the referred person must make a genuine deposit.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on PK Lal:

5.1 Bet Acceptance

• A bet is only accepted once the system displays a bet confirmation message.
• If no confirmation is received due to a technical error, the bet will be considered void.
• PK Lal reserves the right to void any bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.

5.2 Event Cancellation or Suspension

If a sports event is cancelled or suspended, bets placed on that event will be refunded. However, if a specified period of play has elapsed after the event begins and a result has been determined, that result will be considered final.

5.3 Live Betting

Odds in live betting change rapidly. The odds displayed at the time of placing your bet are final. PK Lal is not liable for any bets that could not be placed due to connectivity issues.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PK Lal. Engaging in any of them may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts for the same person.
• Bonus Abuse: Placing artificial bets or playing games solely to claim bonuses.
• Chargeback: Initiating a chargeback with a bank or payment provider against a deposit made on the platform.
• Hacking or Cheating: Any attempt to manipulate or exploit the system.
• Using Another Person's Account: Logging into or using another person's account.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to process funds from illegal sources.
• Abusive Language: Abusive behavior toward the support team or other users.

7 Account Closure & Termination

7.1 Closed by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw your balance before requesting closure.

7.2 Closure by PK Lal

PK Lal may close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms
• If you register using false information
• If the account holder is confirmed to be under 18
• Extended inactivity of more than 12 months
• In compliance with legal or regulatory directives

7.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts inactive for 12 months may be charged a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 or 10% of the balance, whichever is lower. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed.
